Commissions

Standard-spread accounts trade commission-free. Raw-spread accounts are charged per lot:

FX — $5 per lot
Metals — $6 per lot
Indices — $6 per lot on Nasdaq, S&P 500, DAX and Nikkei; $12 per lot on Dow Jones and Australia 200
Energy — $6 per lot
Crypto — $35 per lot on crypto programs, $30 per lot on forex programs

Daily Loss Limits

E8 One — 4% daily loss limit
E8 Pro — 2.5% daily loss limit
E8 Signature — no daily loss limit; only the EOD trailing max drawdown applies

E8 Pro Daily Profit Cap

Only 2% of profit per day counts toward the E8 Pro profit target — anything made above that on a single day is not credited.

Position & Order Limits

Up to 50 lots per order on FX and indices, and 20 lots per order on XAUUSD
A maximum of 100 open orders at once
Up to 2,000 order or TP/SL modifications per day, and 2,000 positions per day

Expert Advisors

EAs are allowed, but each strategy must be unique to one trader. If several users are found running the same EA or identical trades, the accounts may be terminated — using your own EA is strongly recommended.

News Trading

Trading through high-impact news is permitted during the evaluation on all plans.

Inactivity

Accounts with no trading activity for 60 days are disabled, with no refund.

Funded Rules

Profit Split

80% profit split on all funded E8 One, E8 Pro and E8 Signature accounts.

Consistency Rules

E8 One — a 40% consistency rule: no single trading day may account for 40% or more of total profit.
E8 Signature — a 35% consistency rule: no single trading day may account for 35% or more of total profit.
E8 Pro — no consistency rule.

News Trading

On E8 One funded accounts, opening or closing trades within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact news release is not allowed. E8 Pro and E8 Signature have no news restriction.

Overnight & Weekend Holding

E8 Signature accounts cannot hold positions overnight or over the weekend. E8 One and E8 Pro have no such restriction.

E8 Pro Drawdown Lock

The E8 Pro drawdown is static and stays at the starting balance. After the first payout, the drawdown is locked at the initial balance level permanently.

Prohibited Practices

Cross-account hedging — opposite positions across multiple accounts, including your own, are not allowed.
Ultra-short trades — more than 50% of trades held for under one minute is not permitted.
All-in risk — risking the full daily drawdown on a single trade is prohibited.
Risk reduction — if prohibited behaviour is detected, E8 may cap risk at 1% per trade idea instead of closing the account.
Breaking these rules can lead to account termination, with the fee refunded from the affected account.

Inactivity

Accounts with no trading activity for 60 days are disabled, with no refund.

Payout Rules

Payout Frequency

Payouts are on demand across all E8 plans — you can request one whenever the plan’s conditions are met.

E8 One

Minimum payout of $100. The 40% consistency rule must be met, and net profit must be greater than 50% of the daily drawdown. You can withdraw profit above the trailing drawdown, but a drawdown buffer must stay in the account — withdrawing everything closes it.

E8 Pro

Payouts are available daily once net profit exceeds 1% of the starting balance. Each request is split 50/50: half is paid to you and half stays in the account as a drawdown buffer.

E8 Signature

Minimum payout of $100. Requires the 35% consistency rule, at least 5 profitable days of 0.3% or more, and a buffer equal to the EOD trailing drawdown. Payout caps apply per account size.
