Profit Target & Drawdown

E8 Zero Starter / Max — one phase with an end-of-day trailing drawdown. Targets: $1,500 (25K), $3,000 (50K), $6,500 (100K), $9,000 (150K Starter), $13,500 (200K Max).
E8 Signature — one phase with a 6% profit target and an end-of-day trailing drawdown of 4% (25K–50K), 3% (100K) or 2.66% (150K).
No daily loss limit on any plan — only the EOD trailing drawdown applies.

Consistency Rules

E8 Zero has a 40% consistency rule during the evaluation only — no single day can make up 40% or more of total profit. E8 Signature has no consistency rule in the evaluation.

Minimum Trading Days

None — the evaluation can be passed in a single day.

Trading Hours

Trading is allowed from 17:15 to 15:10 CT. Any position still open at 15:10 CT is closed automatically every day.

News Trading

Allowed without restriction on E8 Zero, in both the challenge and the funded (performance) account.

Automated Trading

Not allowed. EAs, bots, AI tools, semi-automated trading and high-frequency trading (300+ trades per day) are all prohibited.

Copy Trading

Allowed between accounts you own — challenge, funded and personal accounts — as long as they all belong to you.

Inactivity

There is no overall time limit, but at least one trade must be opened and closed every 7 days.

Funded Rules

Profit Split

80% profit split by default, with a 100% payout option available as an add-on at checkout.

Consistency Rules

E8 Signature funded accounts carry a 35% consistency rule: no single trading day may account for 35% or more of total profit. E8 Zero has no consistency rule once funded.

Contract limits (standard contracts) step up once locked end-of-day profit reaches 1.5% and then 3%, taking effect the next trading day.

Prohibited Practices

Tick scalping — at least 50% of profits must come from trades held for 10 seconds or longer.
Lock-limit trading — holding a position within 2% of a product’s lock limit is not allowed.
Market exploits — trading gapped or illiquid markets, slow data feeds or price display errors.
Account abuse — hedging across users or accounts, account rolling, all-or-nothing trading, or coordinating with other traders.
Micro-scalping in illiquid hours, trading the wrong contract month, or breaking CME Group rules.
Violations can lead to account termination (with the fee refunded), loss of profits, or withheld payouts.

Payout Limit

Each funded account allows a maximum of 5 payouts. After the 5th, the account closes and you receive a free challenge of the same size.
