Copy Trading

Allowed between your own accounts — between AquaFunded accounts, from funded to evaluation and back, and to or from your external accounts.

Strategy & Risk

Use the same strategy in the evaluation and the funded account.
No all-or-nothing trading, and no more than 80% of available margin on a single trade.
Excessive risk on single trades or overlapping trades is not allowed.

Inactivity

Accounts are deactivated after 30 days without trading and cannot be restored.

Funded Rules

Profit Split

90% on all accounts, with up to 100% available as an add-on.

Consistency Rules

Instant Standard — best day must be below 15% of total profit for the cycle.
Instant Pro — best day must be below 20% of total profit.
2-Step Pro — best day must be below 50% of total profit.
Instant Flex, 1-Step & other 2-Step plans — no consistency rule.

Wave Stop

If open trades reach a 2% loss, they are usually closed automatically. It is a soft breach — you can keep trading right away.

Max Floating Loss

Instant Pro — a floating loss of 2% (1% on 300K/400K) permanently closes the account.
Instant Standard — a 1% floating loss cuts the split to 50%, then 25%; a third breach closes the account.
Instant Flex — combined floating loss of 1% of the starting balance closes the account.

News Trading

Allowed on funded accounts, but profit from trades opened or closed within 5 minutes of high-impact news is capped at 0.5% of the starting balance per cycle.

Inactivity

Accounts are deactivated after 30 days without trading.

Payout Rules

Payout Frequency

Every 14 days (7 days or on demand with an add-on). Minimum withdrawal $100.

Large Accounts

On $100K accounts and above, the first two payouts are capped at $10,000 each. After that, there is no limit.

Instant Flex

Payouts are capped at 5% of the starting balance per cycle.

Fee Refund

The one-time challenge fee is 100% refundable.
