Consistency Rules

Flex & Flex DLL — 50% during the challenge only.
Daily — 40% during the challenge only.
Standard — 40% once funded only.
Instant — best day must stay under 20% of the cycle’s profit.

Trading Hours

Sunday to Friday, 10:00 PM UTC to 8:10 PM UTC the next day. Open trades are closed automatically at market close — this is not a violation.

News Trading

Allowed on every evaluation and funded account.

Automation

Fully automated trading, bots, AI execution and HFT are not allowed, and 100+ trades in a day is prohibited. Semi-automated tools are fine only if you are present and managing the trades.

Copy Trading

Allowed between your own accounts, including external accounts you own. Copying other traders or using pass-your-challenge services is not allowed.

Inactivity

Place at least one trade every 7 days, or the account is breached for inactivity.

Funded Rules

Profit Split

90% on every futures account.

Micro-Scalping

At least 50% of closed trades, and 50% of total profit, must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds. Your average risk-to-reward should stay above 0.3R.

Drawdown Lock

The trailing drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the starting balance + $100, and stays there for the life of the account.

Price Limit Rule

Trading within 2% of a CME price limit is not allowed.

Flex Accounts

Flex has no path to a live account — each account allows three payouts, then closes. You can hold one funded Flex account at a time, with unlimited purchases.

Prohibited Practices

Order or execution manipulation and abusive market conduct.
Gambling-style trading and reckless risk management.
Account rolling.
