An instant funding prop firm sells you a funded account straight away: no evaluation, no profit target, and you can request a payout once you meet the firm’s payout conditions. Our pick for most forex traders is Tradeify FX (end-of-day drawdown and 37% off with code INSIDE). For futures, the cheapest $50K direct account we list is FundedNext Futures at $256.
The trade-off is simple. You skip the challenge but pay more up front, and instant accounts usually come with tighter rules such as consistency limits, floating-loss caps and lower profit splits. Below is every instant plan from the firms we list, with live prices after our codes, so you can see exactly what you get for the money.
- We list 9 instant funding programs: 6 forex/CFD/crypto and 3 futures.
- Cheapest entry: AquaFunded Instant Standard at $23 for $2,500 with code AUTUMN.
- Instant accounts cost more than challenges: a $100K Tradeify FX Direct account is $629 vs $270 for its $100K Daily 1-Step.
- Almost every instant plan has a consistency rule (usually 20% best day). Check it before you buy.
What Is an Instant Funding Prop Firm?
With a normal challenge you pay a fee, hit a profit target (often 8–10%) without breaking the drawdown rules, and only then get a funded account. An instant funding account removes that step. You pay once and trade a funded account from day one.
Because the firm has no evaluation to filter traders, it protects itself in other ways:
- Higher price for the same account size.
- Consistency rules: your best day can’t be more than a set share (usually 20%) of total profit before you can withdraw.
- Tighter drawdown: often 3–6%, and usually trailing rather than static.
- Floating-loss limits: some firms close or penalise an account if an open trade goes more than 1–2% against you.
- Lower splits on some plans: anywhere from 50% to 90% in our list.
If you trade steadily with small, even days, these rules rarely bite. If you trade for a few big wins, a challenge account is usually the better deal.

Cheapest Instant Funding: $10K Forex Accounts Compared
Same account size, five forex firms, prices after each firm’s code:
| Firm | Plan | Regular | You pay | Max drawdown | Split | Payouts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tradeify FX | Direct | $119 | $75 | 6% EOD | 80% | On demand |
| AquaFunded | Instant Standard | $78 | $59 | 5% Trailing | 90% | Biweekly |
| Blue Guardian | Instant | $100 | $75 | 6% Trailing | 80% | On demand |
| Maven Trading | Instant | — | $37 | 3% Trailing | 80% | On demand |
| FundedNext | Stellar Instant | $300 | $279 | 6% Trailing | 70% | On demand |
On price alone, AquaFunded and Maven Trading are the cheapest $10K instant accounts. But Maven Trading’s 3% trailing drawdown is the tightest in the table, and its Instant plans breach if a floating loss passes 1% of the balance. Tradeify FX costs a little more yet gives a 6% end-of-day drawdown, which doesn’t move against you during the session. You can open a Tradeify FX Direct account with code INSIDE and the 37% discount applies to every size.
Best Instant Funding Prop Firms by Trader Type
Tradeify FX — 6% end-of-day drawdown on every size, an 80% split, on-demand payouts and the biggest discount in this list (37%). Trade-off: a 20% consistency rule applies, and it’s MT5 only.
AquaFunded — Instant accounts start at $23 for $2,500, with a 90% split on every instant plan and three versions to choose from. Instant Flex has no consistency rule. Trade-offs: drawdown is trailing (4–6%), payouts are biweekly, and Flex caps each payout at 5% of the starting balance.
Blue Guardian — Instant sizes go up to $400,000 ($1650 with code INSIDE), with on-demand payouts from a $100 minimum and an 80% split. Trade-offs: no trading 5 minutes either side of high-impact news, trades can be closed automatically at a 1% open loss, and the consistency limit tightens to 15% on the largest sizes.
Two more forex options: FundedNext Stellar Instant has no consistency rule listed and a trailing drawdown that locks at the starting balance once you’re up 6%, but the split is 70% and the code saves only 7%. Maven Trading has the cheapest small accounts ($15 for $2,000) and allows news trading on instant plans, but it suits only very disciplined, low-risk traders because of the 3% trailing drawdown.
Instant Funding Prop Firms for Futures
Three futures firms we list sell direct funded accounts. At $50K they have the same $2,000 end-of-day drawdown and a 90% split, so the differences are price, payout timing and the consistency rule:
| Firm | Regular | You pay | Max drawdown | Split | Payouts | Consistency |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blue Guardian Futures | $452 | $339 | $2,000 EOD | 90% | On demand | 20% → 25% → 30% |
| AquaFunded Futures | $453 | $340 | $2,000 EOD | 90% | On demand | 20% |
| FundedNext Futures | $284 | $256 | $2,000 EOD | 90% | 5 days | 20% perpetual |
Blue Guardian Futures — On-demand payouts once the profit goal and consistency rule are met, and the consistency limit loosens from 20% to 30% after your first two payouts. Works on NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView and Deepcharts. Trade-off: at $339 for $50K it costs more than FundedNext Futures.
FundedNext Futures is the cheapest $50K direct account at $256, but payouts come every 5 days after you clear a $2,100 buffer, and its 20% consistency rule never loosens. AquaFunded Futures is close to Blue Guardian on price and pays on demand once its 20% rule is met. For more low-cost futures options, see our guide to the cheapest futures prop firm.
Instant Funding vs a 1-Step Challenge: Is It Worth It?
Here is the real cost difference at one firm, all with code INSIDE:
| $100K Tradeify FX | You pay | Profit target | Max drawdown | Payouts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Direct Instant Funding | $629 | None | 6% EOD | On demand |
| Daily 1-Step | $270 | 10% | 5% EOD | Daily |
| Classic 2-Step | $472 | 5% | 10% | 10% Static | Biweekly |
The instant account costs $359 more than the 1-Step. On futures the gap is similar: a $50K Blue Guardian Futures Direct account is $339, against $98 for its $50K Express 1-Step.
Instant funding makes sense when you value time, you’re confident in your risk control, and you’d rather pay once than risk failing (and re-buying) a challenge. A challenge makes sense when you want the lowest cost per attempt and the looser funded rules that often come after it. Our Maven Trading vs Tradeify FX comparison and AquaFunded vs Blue Guardian comparison show how the challenge routes stack up.
Rules to Check Before Buying an Instant Account
- Drawdown type. End-of-day (Tradeify FX, the futures firms) is easier to manage than intraday trailing. Static (Crypto Fund Trader) never moves. Our forex prop firm list and futures prop firm list show each firm’s type.
- Consistency rule. At 20%, you need at least five days of similar size before a big day stops blocking your payout.
- Floating-loss limits. Maven Trading, AquaFunded and Blue Guardian all act on open losses of around 1–2%. Size your positions for it.
- News rules. Blue Guardian bans trading around high-impact news on instant accounts; FundedNext pays news profits at a reduced split. Maven Trading and Crypto Fund Trader allow it.
- Payout conditions. “On demand” still means after the consistency rule and any minimum profit are met. Read the payout section on each firm’s site, for example the Blue Guardian official site or AquaFunded official site.
