These Official Rules govern the InsidePropFirm Weekly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is run by InsidePropFirm (insidepropfirm.com) (the “Sponsor”). The prop trading firms whose accounts may be offered as prizes are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway unless stated otherwise in a specific giveaway announcement.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
- You must live in a country where entering and receiving the prize is legal, and where the prize firm accepts traders.
- Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs in weekly entry periods. Each period starts on Saturday at 00:00 UTC and ends the following Friday at 23:59 UTC. Entries received after a period closes count toward the next period.
5. How to Enter
Enter your email address on the Giveaway page, accept these rules and submit the form. Confirming your subscription, if asked, may be required for your entry to count. Subscribers who stay on our email list are automatically entered into each new weekly draw until they unsubscribe.
- Limit of one entry per person, per week. Multiple email addresses, automated entries or fake details will be disqualified.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
6. Prizes
Prizes are prop firm evaluation or challenge accounts, as announced for each weekly draw on our website, newsletter or social channels. Unless stated otherwise:
- Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted, except by the Sponsor if a prize becomes unavailable (in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be offered).
- Use of a prize account is subject to the prop firm’s own terms, rules and country restrictions. Winning an evaluation account does not guarantee funding or payouts.
- Any taxes on a prize are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries for that week, usually on the Saturday after the entry period closes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners are notified by email at the address used to enter. A winner must reply within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and another winner drawn. The Sponsor may ask winners to confirm their eligibility before the prize is delivered.
8. Publicity
With the winner’s permission, the Sponsor may share the winner’s first name and country on its website, newsletter or social channels.
9. Privacy
Your email address is used to run the Giveaway and to send you InsidePropFirm emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. General Conditions
- The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.
- The Sponsor may change, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other events outside its control affect its fair operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the Giveaway or using a prize.
- This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok or any other social platform.
